JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO – Management Consulting
JOB LOCATION/WORK SCHEDULE:
• This position is a hybrid role with three days in the office is required; two days remote work.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO of a global management consulting firm across
a range of administration duties, such as researching travel and accommodation options, personal duties,
expense processing, time entry, CRM (Radius) marketing entries, transcription, and assisting with local and
offsite meeting planning. On occasion, you may receive ad hoc requests to assist other C-Suite members.
• Use the firm's internal systems to research travel and accommodation options, process expenses, time entry, CRM (Radius)
marketing entries.
• Assist with local and offsite meeting planning, including the firm's four board meetings as well as
leadership and investor meetings.
• Book meeting rooms and general administration tasks, such as printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and filing.
• Compose draft emails/messages for CEO or Director. Occasional transcription for the CEO
• Handle personal tasks for CEO such as paying bills, depositing bank checks, scheduling or following-up with service
providers, managing tenant activity, monitoring household staff pay.
• CEO calendar management and scheduling, both internal and external meetings and calls.
• Manage the logistics of setting up Global MD and all firm calls.
• Coordinate CEO's outside board activities (setting board dates, working with the board liaison, joining the board calls).
• Work with IT in managing the CEOs devices (laptops, iPad, iPhones, Hub, cameras).
• Assist in collection of personal documents for the CEO for tax or financial planning purposes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor or Master's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum four (4) years' experience; experience with a professional services firm strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential (superb working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Distinctive written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and proactive worker who can work on own initiative while having the confidence to ask questions when unsure in a
complex and changing working environment. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, critical thinker who possesses a real passion for
helping others. Speed to action is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people at
all levels. Must always maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to execute the completion of high quality, accurate, and detailed work product.
• Excellent organizational skills - ability to manage own workload, prioritize conflicting demands, and multitask while
adhering to tight and structured deadlines. Flexible approach is essential to manage both day-today work and ad-hoc requests.
• Ability to anticipate needs and maintain composure during stressful situations resulting from deadlines or heavy workload.
• Discreet with ability to handle sensitive information in confidence.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
• 75 - 85K base salary, superb M/D/V benefits, 401K, bonus eligibility
