JOB TITLE: Executive/Personal Assistant to Managing Partner - Miami, FL
Our client, a financial services firm, is hiring an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will provide support to the
Managing Partner of the firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the partner and family with maintaining and monitoring tasks, scheduling, and deadlines
• Assist in scheduling business and personal appointments, administrative support, and managing healthcare needs
• Manage office administration, with comprehensive and accurate record-keeping systems
• Logistics management, including travel planning
• Organizing catered lunches and meetings, and occasionally assisting in party planning
• Minor accounting duties including weekly payroll, payment of bills, and monthly credit card reconciliations
• Be a point of contact between the partner and internal departments, clients, and key stakeholders
• Draft and prepare external and internal correspondence, meeting notes, board minutes, and other correspondences
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
• Travel occasionally to NY headquarters and firm offsites as required
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelo's degree required
• 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office
• Manage complex office administrative work
• Highly responsive and flexible
• Meticulous attention to detail
SALARY RANGE
• $150,000 - $175,000
