JOB TITLE:  Leisure Operations Associate – Luxury Travel

ABOUT YOU:
•  The ideal candidate has strong organization skills, a passion for creative problem solving, and has a strong passion for travel. They have experience in hospitality with the ability to anticipate needs of clients and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry to mid-level role with opportunities on a growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Support the In-House Leisure Team on all operational tasks.
•  Partner with our internal Air Team as needed to support clients with their air travel needs.
•  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and destination experts. Collaborate seamlessly with hotel concierges to coordinate and secure reservations for dining, entertainment, and ground transportation, enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
•  Demonstrate proficiency in providing quotes outlining hotel rates from various sources, including direct hotel platforms, dedicated hotel portals, and Sabre, with formatting consistency and accuracy ensured across all communications.
•  Lead new inquiry management, conduct, and oversee client onboarding calls to provide a comprehensive overview of the agency, articulate our processes, and ensure a polished and impactful first impression for new clients.
•  Generate and maintain up-to-date client travel documents, including itineraries and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
•  Championing our new CRM system, Society, with mastery of the platform and fostering team buy-in and ongoing engagement.
•  Aid leisure team during their travels or Familiarization (FAM) trips, including direct interactions with clients when necessary.
•  Facilitate weekly team meetings and attend evening partner events on behalf of company.
•  Provide support in handling commission inquiries on behalf of the leisure team.
•  Proficient in recognizing areas of opportunity and generating innovative ideas for refining processes within the In-House Leisure space, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
•  Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to contribute to various tasks within the Leisure Team, aligning efforts with the team's and business' evolving needs.

A BIT ABOUT YOUR BACKGROUND:
•  Bachelor's degree
•  2+ years of industry experience
•  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•  Basic knowledge of Sabre a plus
•  Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm
•  Proactive and resourceful; an intuitive problem-solver
•  Detail-oriented, excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
•  Passion for travel industry and luxury goods a strong plus

COMPENSATION:
•  65K - 75K base salary + bonus
•  100% paid M/D/V benefits - Unlimited PTO
