JOB TITLE:  Travel Advisor – Luxury Travel

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Travel Advisor, you will work on a highly collaborative and fast-paced team led by a Senior Travel Advisor and alongside another Travel Advisor. You will handle the execution of member trips including booking of all details, trip research with the Senior Advisor, and communication/collaboration with the team and your members. The ideal candidate is someone who has good industry experience and is ready to work collaboratively on executing many exciting trips for members.

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
•  Work on a team with an exceptional group of high-end travelers as your clients
•  Handle execution of all trip booking details from hotels to transfer to reservations, etc
•  Work with the best hotels, villa suppliers, DMCs and local fixers globally
•  Collaborate with team on research and recommendations of travel itineraries
•  Tap your love for travel; provide targeted travel intelligence and advice tailored to each specific member needs
•  Be proactive and creative; seek out solutions off the books when needed

WHAT WE EXPECT:
•  You have 2+ years of experience planning luxury travel either as an IC or employee
•  You are versed working with luxury hotels, first & business class air, DMCs, villa suppliers, sourcing guides etc
•  You have a demonstrated ability to deliver a great client experience with ease and grace
•  You have a sophisticated understanding of a high-end consumer’s lifestyle and travel trends
•  Excellent verbal and written communications
•  Sabre GDS Knowledge
